The Council of Infinity
Description
The Council of Infinity is the semi-mythical body which supposedly oversees magic on the world. They are specifically chartered, so the rumor goes, to prevent Wish Wars from breaking out among the powerful countries of the world. It is unknown as to what action they might take if such a war actually did break out, but apparently the threat of their intervention has thus far been enough to keep anyone from experimenting with them.
