The Pirate Lich

Description

The Pirate Lich is a creature said to inhabit a secret island somewhere in the seas of Darkhold. Many of the seafaring nations of Darkhold pay tribute to the Pirate Lich. The form of this tribute is ships full of treasure which are sent out from the port cities. The Pirate Lich sends flags to the cities when it is time for their tribute payment. These flags, when flown from the masts of the ships, cause the ships to sail - unmanned! - to the realm of the Pirate Lich. It is unknown how this magic works.
